You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. okbat will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

okbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through payment methods that have been verified against the player's registered identity. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

In cases where account closure is due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, okbat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where closure is for any other reason, verified funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of account closure.
Players may voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. A closed account that held a positive verified balance will receive full fund restitution to the registered payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbat's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
okbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even where okbat has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
okbat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.
The collection, processing, storage, and protection of your personal data by okbat is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. okbat processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your continued use of the okbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
